• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Must include original packaging (if any)
• Refund request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

• Product was used or worn
• Customized or altered outfits
• Return requested after the 7-day window
• Items damaged due to misuse

💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

📦 Return Shipping

Return pickup will be arranged through our logistics partner (Shiprocket) if eligible. Otherwise, you may be asked to self-ship the item.
