Refund Eligibility
Refund is offered if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Cancellation is requested before shipping.
Refunds are issued only for unused items with original tags intact.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund process begins.
If eligible, we will initiate the refund within 1–3 business days.
Refund Methods
Prepaid Orders: Refund to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank account).
COD Orders: Refund via UPI after receiving your bank/UPI details.
Refund Timeline
Processing: 1–3 business days after approval.
Credit to account: 3–7 business days (depends on bank/UPI).
