1. Serviceable Areas

We deliver to all locations across India, including metro cities, towns, and remote pin codes. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day from the time of placement. You will receive an order confirmation email and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

4. Shipping Partner

All deliveries are managed through our trusted partner Shiprocket to ensure timely and safe delivery of your fashion bundles.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders — no hidden costs or surprises at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery in real-time.

7. Failed Deliveries

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin). You can contact us to arrange re-shipment.
